This module will allow the admin to view various Plans created for the Products. New Plans can be created here and also the existing plans can be edited.
Create a Plan
To create a new Plan admin should Go to Admin Panel > Product > Plans > Create. When Create button is clicked a modal popup which displays the following options which need to be entered :
Name: Here, the name of the Plan can be entered. This field is mandatory.
Product: A dropdown list appears when this field is selected which displays the names of all the Products that are created by the admin. The desired product for which the entered plan needs to belong is selected here.
Periods: When this field is selected a dropdown appears which allows the admin to select the time period of the price entered for that plan. Periods can also be created here.
Currency: The currencies that are activated from Admin Panel > Settings > Currency are shown here. The value that is charged for each currency can also be entered here. It has two options
- Regular price: This determines the value that would be charged for that particular currency.
- Renewal price: This determines the value that is charged during the time of renewal after the plan expires.
Price Description: The extra description that is to be shown on the client Panel below the Pricing in the pricing table.For eg: One-time, Per year, Per Month
Product Quantity: This field only gets enabled when the Product selected in the above dropdown allows showing Product Quantity on the Cart Page. By default, product quantity is taken as 1
No. of Agents: This field only gets enabled when the Product selected in the above dropdown allows showing No of Agents on the Cart Page. By default, product No. of Agents is taken as 0, which means that unlimited no. of Agents are allowed for that Product.
Edit Plan
To edit a Plan admin should Go to Admin Panel > Product > Plans > Edit. When edit button is clicked an edit page opens which has the all the details of the plan that is to be edited. Here, if required, the details of the plan can be edited and saved
P.S. The currency that is displayed on the client Panel is based in the IP address of the User which is determined by the GEOIP feature. If the user is from India the currency will be shown in INR else the currency and its value will be shown n the basis of the Activated currency in the currency section of settings
